1. What Nyilo is

Nyilo is a free AI-powered tool that analyses text and images for signs of fraud, misinformation, manipulation, and suspicious patterns. It uses Anthropic's Claude AI model to generate a risk assessment.

Nyilo is operated by Yohaanei Labs, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

2. AI output is informational only

Important disclaimer

Nyilo's scan results are generated by an AI model and are not professional legal, financial, or medical advice. Results may contain errors, omissions, or "hallucinations". You are responsible for independently verifying any claim before acting on it.

Do not rely solely on Nyilo to determine whether a document, message, or advice is safe or legitimate. When in doubt, consult a qualified professional.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Nyilo. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you may not use Nyilo without verifiable parental consent.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Nyilo to:

Submit content that is itself fraudulent, illegal, or designed to harm others

Attempt to bypass or circumvent rate limits through IP spoofing, proxies, or automation

Scrape, reverse-engineer, or systematically extract data from the service

Submit content that contains personal data of third parties without their consent

Use the service in any way that violates applicable law

5. Free tier and rate limits

The free tier allows 1 scan per day and 5 scans per month per IP address. These limits are enforced to prevent abuse and manage costs. We reserve the right to adjust limits at any time.

6. Privacy

Our data practices are described in full in our Privacy Policy. The short version: we do not store the content you submit. See the Privacy Policy for what we do collect and why.

7. No warranty

Nyilo is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate, complete, or reliable for any particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yohaanei Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Nyilo or reliance on its output. Our total liability to you shall not exceed ₹0 (the service is free).

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, subject to any mandatory rights you may have under local law (e.g., EU consumers retain rights under GDPR regardless of this clause).

EU/UK users: you retain all rights granted under applicable EU/UK consumer law and the GDPR, which take precedence where required by law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect when changes were last made. Continued use of Nyilo after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
